BEACON, NY, September 9 – A group of partners have been transforming the former Roosevelt Theater (288 Main Street, Beacon) into a 3600 sq ft food hall. Beacon native Marko Guzijan along with high school classmates David Guy Levy and Morgan Conrad have been planning the project for almost 9 months, construction began this past August. With a projected winter opening, applications for vendors is underway, taking careful consideration to keep local chefs and restaurateurs in the highly curated group.

When Guzijan moved back to Beacon post college in New York City and working abroad, his high school friends visited the town often.
